ISO 9001:2015 Certification Help

    HAI, AM SRINIVAS. I NEED A HELP FROM YOU GUYS REGARDING THE ISO CERTIFICATION. MY COMPANY IS STARTUP COMPANY AND ITS GOING GOOD NOW. WE HAVE INVOLVED IN CONTRACTING ANS SUB-CONTRACTING SERVICES TO INDUSTRIES LIKE OIL&GAS, POWER ETC.. WE ARE LOOKING FOR ISO CERTIFICATION. HOW DO I START MY WORK FOR CERTIFICATION AND WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS SHOULD WE HAVE TO GET ISO CERTIFICATION? AND HOW DO I START DOCUMENTING THE PROCEDURES? CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

    You need several elements to reach the goal.

    You need,training,resources, commitment, and some guidance.
    You could get the help of a consultant, or you can do it by yourself but first get some training.on the web, you can get a sample of activities to be done in a project like this, so that you can have a whole picture.

    Are you asking about how to implement (and certify) a Quality Management System? Or, are you simply asking how your organization can become ISO 9001 Certified?

    No-one can answer without knowing this important difference...

    Buy the new standard. Make sure it's the 2015 version.

    Look through it to get an idea of everything you will need to do.

    Look up classes online or by a registrar, and educate yourself.

    Create a to do list and work from there on achieving your goals.

    hi bro, my company was involved in engineering maintenance contracts in instrumentation, electrical and mechanical departments, in the field of oil & gas and in power sectors. And also we are involved in sales services. so my question is "Which clauses do i need to include in my quality manual?" Can you please help?

    None. You don't need a quality manual. And, even if you decide to have a quality manual, it's doesn't need to contain "clauses". Simples!
