Experiences with TUV, DQS, and/or BSI?

    I'm wondering how these CBs stack up against each other. Please let me know your experiences, good and bad.

    We use BSI and are very happy with them.

    In past lives, I've had experience working with auditors for both TUV SUD and BSi, not at the same company, though. My overall impression was that the TUV SUD auditors were no-nonsense and stuck to the letter of the regs, expecting us to know what they meant. BSi stuck to the letter of the regs, too, but they were more approachable and willing to help us understand the requirements and if/how a nonconformance was determined (yes, we had some people who had to have the picture drawn and colored ;)).

    However, I will also say that the companies for which I worked were in similar, yet different, industries, so that may have been part of why our audits went the way they did.
