    Hello Every body,

I want to know how can I manage the mangement review meeting, and if you have an example for the management review sheet, please to give it to me.

    Counting on your habitual support.

    Best regards.

Simple! Have each process owner come to the meeting with their current process performance trends. Have them prepare to speak to the performance. If it's on target to the established objectives/KPIs etc, then use internal audit to validate their people followed the QMS process(es) - or not. Then have them talk to what needs improvement. If the performance to objective isn't making the goal, have the process owner(s) talk to their corrective actions...

Also Google "Effective Team Meetings". You will all kinds of nuts and bolts suggestions. Like have an agenda, or have no chairs so the meeting doesn't drag.
