    Hi All,
I am hoping I can get an explanation on an issue I am having with an external test house:

I provided a product for testing to EN IEC 60601-1-2 and the report I was provided showed testing at 1GHz instead of 2.5GHz. The report then indicated that the test house had no accreditation at 2.5GHz. Now they want to charge me extra for testing at the 2.5GHz at another of their facilities which has the relevant accreditation.

Anyone experienced this before and why on earth does the test lab still test to 1GHz?
    Thanks
    Fialor

Not experienced in the test or the test houses for this....

But well experienced ordering Gala Apples and getting Red Delicious apples instead...with a restocking fee and extra fee to get what I originally was promised.

If there is no confusion about what you asked for, this is simply a vendor who did not deliver what you asked for...review the agreements and orders and quotes, and handle them like the apple distributor...
