What type of industry are you in? Service or product oriented?

I think that most of these flow diagrams/charts would be organization-specific and of little value for those outside of their organization. If you're looking for something generic, you can create one from the standard's requirements.

Example - Corrective Action : Identify activity/service/product requiring CA -> Conduct root cause -> Develop action plan to address root cause -> Verify root cause has been addressed and resolved.

Unfortunately, it's almost too generic and that's where organizations enhance them with things such as:
    • Logging/Tracking CA reports
    • Assigning to process owners
    • Regular check-ins to see if the action plan is on-time
    • Develop countermeasures if behind on timeline or if root cause was not addressed
    • Types of root cause analysis methodologies

However, because it works for one organization, there is no guarantee that their process will work for you.

Are you looking for a style of flowchart (eg words-in-boxes v deployment flowcharts v RACI) or specific examples of a particular process (eg Procurement) or features that add value (such as hyperlinks to documents, risks identified or relevant sections of standards)?

Swimlane diagrams are also good to show the flow between groups.

Wessex, experience shows that although it seems like a good idea to borrow someone's example, it's actually going to result in you ending up editing it so much, it won't look anything like the start point. It might just be a whole lot more effective (by that I mean "ownership will come easier) to get some folks together and actually map YOUR process(es). That way you get to see them for what they really are, with all the benefits that entails. I'd like to suggest using someone else's stuff, but in reality, it won't work in the long run.

I essentially agree with Andy with this caveat: Over the years I have found that looking at how other people and companies do something (in this case process mapping) gave me "food for thought" about how to make a template for doing it in that specific company. It's like "canned" procedures. Look at how others do procedures/protocols, etc. and from that develop what is right for you. The more examples you look at the better.

You can always google the type of map or process and look in the images. There will be plenty of examples.
