I was going to ask the same question! It's always good to know where people got training where they really benefitted from a better understanding - MCW8888, please share. There are so many organizations which trot out the "old news", let's hear it for the good guys!

Jennifer it's not Plexus. The facilitator was Exemplar Global-certified QMS Lead Auditor.

I bought your book to supplement what I learned in the classroom.

    Jennifer,
I learned more from the Cove than any classroom training. I have to take this training to make it official.

Many thanks for the feedback - would you be willing to write a review, at Amazon? Thanks!

Certainly I will do that after I finish reading this book. It's thin but I try to digest and understand everything. It is interesting.

Couldn't agree more. And yes, I am looking for updated training, too, same reason… suggestions?

Makes me even more impatient waiting for mine to arrive… and Cochran’s. I found Cochran's 2008-version extremely enlightening.

I learned more from following up these moderators than any book. I use the book to supplement what I learned from them.
