    Hi alI
I work providing consultancy on ISO 9001 and want to gift a book to my clients.
Could you recommend me a book focused on quality and productivity specially for those Directors/Managers who implemented their systems based most on client requirement instead on a real belief on quality and productivity issues?
A book that explains clearly the advantages and benefits of the iso systems.
    Thanks in advance

I am reading Andy Nichols's A Guide to Effective Internal Management System Audits and I think it can greatly benefit an internal audit process. It is readable, not too heavy, not overlong and provides practical examples of helpful tools. In my opinion, Andy's book gives very good advice. While its focus is on audits, the subject is using objective qualitative analysis to understand value and manage risk. That is something we can apply in many places.

I feel very humbled by your comments, Jennifer. I know you feel very passionately about internal audits, as do I and, therefore, your feedback is very important to me. An early Christmas present, for sure! Thank you so much...:D

Since I am more of a "paper" person, suggestions on where I can find this book? Amazon says "Out of Print"?

Claes recommended Imai's Gemba Kaizen to me a few months ago. Loved it.
