    How about having a forum to share our TS16949 failures during the external audits. Perhaps we can all learn and help each other. Thank you:)

    One of our findings were related to MSA Variable Studies related to Destructive Testing equipment.

    Fact;
    Nonconformity statement : The measurement system analysis implementation is not adequate.
    Applicable Standard: 7.6.1 Measurement system analysis
    Objective Evidence : The strip force tester XXXXXXX Pull tester 25 with Serial No. XXX XXXX (Destructive Testing) as reflected in the XLPE 2 has no MSA study.

    How about no MSA studies for general visual checks or feel to see if a burr isn't sharp?

    Or MSA requires bias and linearity.
