Training Question

    This company has a Procedure that states they introduce every new employee to each Process Owner who provides the new employee with a quick description / over view of their process. I do not see any statements in either standard informing me this is a requirement. Am I missing something?

    Yes, it's not training! I'd put that under the "Awareness" banner. Training is, for the most part, development of skills. Does each new employee need to be competent in each/every process? Er, no.
