Urgent - Quality Report Template

    ello All,

    Please i need a quality report template. As a quality management advisor, my HOD has just asked I do a QMS report for the 1st quarter, and plan to have this report at every end of each quarter.

    I will kindly appreciate anyone that can give me a clue on how to go about this kind of report, what to report, etc.

    Did you ask your HOD what they want to know from the report?

    Thank you for your response.

    He said the report should include major activities of the QMS department, including; Level of ISO recertification readiness (as the company is due for recertification in 4 months time), Site inspections for the past 3 months, RCA conducted within this period and their recommendations closeout status, Number of change management programs initiated within this period as well as Quality innovation implemented.

    No-one is going to have a template that you can use without significant work by you to edit it. You'll find it quicker to create your own. Don't forget, it's not what the report looks like that is important. It's the information you are reporting. Keep it simple and use those headings. Keep it to one page.
