    Hello everybody

While performance internal audits, some doubts came to me, could you
    share your opinion?

When there is a statement like this:

"The HR manager sends by email the approval of the purchase to the purchaser .
comment: after email is received, the purchaser cross check a box in a form and
    purchase is approved"

    The audit issue is:

Should an auditor look only the approved form of the purchase? or both,
the email sent and also the approved form?

    Additionally
Could you share some guides and examples of the auditing practices?

    Thanks

What's the scope of the audit? What's the audit criteria? What does that criteria say?

This is a very basic question. Were you trained to perform internal audits? What did that training tell you?

Scope= To comply against ISO 9001 2015 and internal requirements, audit criteria= procedures, the criteria says=
The HR manager sends by email the approval of the purchase to the purchaser, about training= Really my training was not so good.

    Thanks

That's not a scope. It's more like an objective.

Which procedures? What's the process here?

    What's the evidence? previous emails?

    Indeed.

    Are you consulting?

First off, I´m not an expert, nor a consultant, really I´m still learning,
the doubts came when saw internal audit reports, I´m helping top management
to manage the QMS, while new guy is hired.

    you are right regarding "scope"

    From 19011:
    3.5
    audit scope
extent and boundaries of an audit (3.1)
Note 1 to entry: The audit scope generally includes a description of the physical and virtual-locations, functions, organizational units, activities and processes, as well as the time period covered.

Scope= Plant #1, 2 shifts, manufacturing section, auditing against 9001 2015, audited process = customer service, time period= 2 days audit.

    Process/Procedures = Customer service / Sales

The evidence, here the question is what the will require according to what the procedure states?

If something is wrong please give advice
    Thanks again

ISO 19011 is a "one size fits all" guide and shouldn't be applied without understanding the context of the guidance being sought. The scope you've quoted is totally confusing! Plant #1, 2 shifts, manufacturing have NOTHING to do with "customer service/sales", do they? There's a need for focus here. The scope of an internal audit should be limited to a (single) process, in general terms. What process are you auditing? Sales? Customer service?

What has this got to do with the Sales/Customer service? Or was it simply an example?
