    Dear All,

Can I have an example from a service sector of a case of service that needs an approval from the customer before release?

    Many thanks in advance.

How about you give us some ideas about what service industries you are specifically interesting in?

Do customers have the right to refuse housing they are offered?

Final signature on a loan application indicates approval of the terms and conditions, which I as a consumer am responsible to understand.

Usually, for organizations that grant housing loans or fund housing projects, their products and services are already "ripe for the picking". The grants or financing programs are already approved by the management for the grantees or borrowers to avail. However, there are requirements or conditions (e.g. financial capability, proven record of successful housing projects, collateral, etc.) that must be fulfilled by the grantees or borrowers to acquire the grants/funds. The grantees/borrowers must undergo some sort of qualification process. This qualification process is part of the "planned arrangements" that must be completed prior to release of products and services. Do your customer need to accept/approve first the requirements/conditions presented at the qualification process before your organization release the grants/funds?
