    Hello, dear community

I would like to link the requirements of the quality policy with the output of the context of the organization and requirements of stakeholders, but I do not know how to make the match!

Do you have certain question in order to help you out so as to make the connection with these first requirements with the elaboration of the policy?

The requirements on determining the internal issues and external issues in 4.1 and on developing the quality policy in 5.2.1 have a common expectation, that is both must be "relevant to the purpose of the organization". If you can demonstrate that the quality policy is aligned with the organization' purpose, then you can adequately satisfy the requirements pertaining to your post.

What are your customers' needs and expectations? What, as Tony states, are the internal and external issues your organization face? The alignment of policy to context is to stop people cutting and pasting someone else's policy: "To meet and exceed customers' expectations", for example. How many companies actually do this? Is it appropriate? If you struggle to even deliver on time, then the policy isn't appropriate...
