You have to take into account the next:
    - Temperature in places where people work
    - Adequate light, lamps
    - Noise, allowable according to the environment
    - Ergonomy
    - others

    in People

    - Stress
    - bullying
    - People relationship

Take a look to clause in ISO 9001 2015

    Hope this helps

Shall we consider either it may or may not affect product conformity,
if so shall we raise NC if not conforms to the requirement but conforms to the product

    Dont understand what you mean..
    The standard is clear
The organization shall determine, provide and maintain the environment necessary for the operation
of its processes and to achieve conformity of products and services.

Does your process REQUIRE temperature control? Remember that the standard simply states ...
"The organization shall determine..." "...for the operation of its processes and to achieve conformity of products and services."

As you can see @Rajan Gupta , the standard does not specify exactly what shall be done. Your organization must determine how to take care of your people and processes to ensure the
"conformity of products and services" ".

    Hope this helps.
    Be well.

This clause is one of the reasons we have moved away from ISO9001. I agree that conditions conducive to quality of the product should be monitored, however the latter part of this clause gets off base. How to monitor a stress free work environment and social interaction for what purpose? This affects product quality? I can see possibly in some cases, but most places I have worked are all stressful environments, product quality notwithstanding. Ergonomics and noise are covered separately under OSHA and the EHS program, usually run by HR. All this used to be under "Resources provided by management" in the old edition. I see too much "mission creep" in this latest edition.

    As hogheavenfarm said

It depends of your business, e.g.
If you produce foods, you need to have a strong control over the temperature, maybe 9001 is not enough, you could have to jump
to other food standards , (FSSC 22000 maybe), the point is, is very important to control the temperature in your environment and this aspect will be fully auditable.
But , if your business is an Engineering company, well normally offices have air conditioners, but you dont need to have a strong control over them.
In this cases, auditors normally dont take care on that.

    hope this helps
