I just don't understand how to use 4.2 to identify risks. I
I understood how to identify issues in 4.1 (ex: SWOT) but how to corelate this with 4.2?
    Any example, please?

Do a search here, Tonys explained this issue in detail.
At planning , 6.1, consider 4.1 and 4 2 , while in the planning , once both point were considered, address the risks and opps.
