    Hello Rabiya! Welcome to the Quality Forum online!

    Are you interested in developing a quality program for the manufacturing aspect? The Operations? Or are you looking for a more specific Standard?

    Good day Rabiya, and welcome to the forum;

    The ISO family offers 78 different standards, not all of which are management system standards. Here is a link to a comprehensive list....

    https://www.iso.org/management-system-standards-list.html

    Obviously I/we don't know the exact intent of your organization, but considering I know of no standard specific to heavy equipment manufacturing, I would assume and recommend you consider, ISO's flagship standard ISO 9001. This standard can be applied to any organization and is commonly used in manufacturing, where it provides a good foundation for an organization's processes and the interaction and control of those processes.

    It is also common for ISO 9001 registered companies to obtain ISO 14001 (environmental management system), which demonstrates good stewardship towards the environment.

    Hope this helps.

    Be well.
